Spring has sprung

As I was jogging this morning, I noted just how crisp and cool and fresh the air has become now. AUTUMN IS TRULY UPON US, MY FRIENDS. THIS IS NATURE'S GIVING SEASON IN WHICH SHE SHOWERS US WITH HER BOUNTY AND WE SHOULD BE GRATEFUL FOR HER GENEROUS SPIRIT IN VIEW OF THE HARVEST!

Sasuke, I think the shower broke last night. It was giving out strange rattling noises and sounded DECIDEDLY unwell. Since no appliance deserves to be left failing to achieve its intended purpose, I put my BEST EFFORTS into fixing it. However, even upon dismantling it, I COULD NOT SOLVE THIS CRUCIAL DILEMMA. I WILL PERSEVERE, HOWEVER, WITH ALL MY SPIRIT.

For now, I have assembled a temporary washing system. It's the rather fetching green bucket by the sink. IMPROVISING IN TIMES OF HARDSHIP ONLY INCREASES OUR SPIRITUAL STRENGTH. REMEMBER THAT, DEAR NEIGHBOUR.

FEAR NOT FRIENDS, THE TIME OF DESOLATION HAS ENDED! I HAVE RETURNED!

Yes, my period of SPIRITUAL and PHYSICAL training in the wilderness has ended and I have returned a changed person! These past few months under the tutelage of the magnificent Gai-sensei have been glorious. I HAVE ENHANCED MY YOUTH THROUGH MY ARDUOUS TRIALS! Bathing in icy rivers and eating food caught with your own bare hands enhances your personal springtime beyond any and all belief. YOU MUST ALL TRY IT! BETTER YOURSELVES TODAY!

My heart pines because Gai-sensei opted to remain behind for additional training beyond my current level, but my admiration flows forth! And I am, of course TREMENDOUSLY excited to once more be back at the quaint 311 Lysgar Street.
